Love it! Speeds the healing
I have used it on my Plantar Fasciitis ans already within weeks can tell my morning walks are less painful allowing me to walk further.
At the end of a long day I love to relax in my LumyHealth red light therapy bag. I run it on for about 5 minutes before I get in to warm it up then slide in for some R & R. It relaxes me so much I usually start drifting off to sleep. My muscles feel more relaxed, my skin feels tighter and I am sleeping better than I have in years.

I bought this mask for Mother’s Day after my outdated one became uncomfortable. This is extremely comfortable. I cannot stress that enough. Is lightweight and breathable but forms to your face. Highly recommend trying!

Overall, it is a good-quality face mask and neck piece. However, the face mask is a little too big for my face, and the neck piece is cutting into my chin and leaving an imprint line after a session. A bit uncomfortable. I used it 3 times a week for a few weeks after I received it. I can say there's been a slight visible improvement in skin tone and firmness.

This arrived a few weeks ago and I have been using it for my feet as much as possible. When it’s on I can feel a little warmth and tingling. After a session my feet are feeling better, so hopefully it’s working well.
The therapy bag is outstanding. It creates a warmth that is easy to relax into and absorb all the goodness created from the redlight therapy. I choose a bed for my comfort. The hood provides light therapy for my neck and head. I am so grateful for this bag to jump-start a healthier 2026.

I've been using the glove for 3 1/2 weeks on both hands for arthritis and finger cramping. I feel it has really soothed the arthritis and inflammation. The warmth is helpful and relaxing. I like that the light envelopes my whole hand - unlike some other gloves.
Took about a week or so to start noticing less tightness in my shoulders. Glad I stuck with it.
