Unexpected Delays
Occasionally, delivery times may be extended due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Taxes and Duties
All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are included in the product price. You won’t need to worry about additional fees upon delivery.
Delivery & Ownership
1. Proof of Delivery Lumyhealth is responsible for the delivery of your order to the address provided at checkout. Once the carrier provides a formal Proof of Delivery (POD)—which includes, but is not limited to, a delivery photo, GPS confirmation of the drop-off coordinates, or a recipient signature—the package is deemed successfully delivered.
2. Limitation of Liability for Lost or Stolen Packages Upon successful delivery as confirmed by the carrier, the risk of loss and title for the items pass to the customer. Lumyhealth shall not be held financially responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or stolen after they have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier's tracking system.
3. Shipping Insurance (Highly Recommended) To protect your purchase against unforeseen circumstances such as "porch piracy" (theft after delivery) or carrier transit damage, we strongly recommend that customers purchase Shipping Insurance at checkout.
- Insured Orders: If your package is lost or stolen, we will prioritize a replacement.
- Uninsured Orders: For orders without shipping insurance, claims for stolen packages must be handled by the customer directly with the carrier or through their local police department.
