I have become a big fan of red light therapy. I have bought five red light belts for myself and various family members. I wanted something bigger than the belt that I could actually lay on, this one does my front and back at the same time, it buckles together so you can open and close it easier over your body. everything about it feels very well-made and not cheap. The remotes for it are large and easy to read, I didn't need to use the instructions, it's pretty self-explanatory. The only thing I didn't pay attention to was putting the headrest on the backside, at first I thought it was to go over your face. So that's good because the back of your neck as well. It comes with very nice darkening glasses, which I don't need because I don't put my face in it. I just lay on my bed and watch TV for 30 minutes, it's nice and warm and very relaxing. The first time I used it I fell asleep. I love being able to get my whole body done in one session, and I also love having my belts to still get targeted areas. I have noticed a significant reduction in the size of my waist, way less cellulite, and no more back pain. My husband is using red light for his knee and has a zero knee pain, he struggled for years with horrible knee pain. He was not a believer in red light therapy until he started using it. I suggest keeping the box that it comes in, it's great for storage. When I'm done with it, I just unplug it and roll it up. Put it back in the box and lay the cords on top and slide it into my closet. I am very happy with this purchase.

I wanted to make sure I really tried this before I wrote a review. I have researched a ton about red light therapy and this mat has met all my expectations. I use it 3 to 4 times a week and on the days I use I sleep so soundly, that in itself is worth it. It has helped so much with my chronic back and neck pain, it is absolutely amazing! i wish I had found this sooner TBH. My skin is glowing and when I am in this I want to stay longer because it's nice and warm but more in red light therapy is not better. Make sure to do your research. I love that I don't have to move this around all the areas I am trying to reach since the mat covers front and back. That is truly what drew me to this mat. I knew I wanted it for multiple areas and doing that takes time that I can't commit to. This hits all the areas in a quick amount of time and it is truly worth the investment in your health! Consistency is key. If you want to see results you need to use it 3-5 times a week. My husband, who didn't believe that this could work and it was a "fad" has seen my results and it now using it as well. His results have changed his mind. =)
So I own multiple red light devices but they are small. This whole body red light bag is amazing. I bought a massage table so that I am using it on a flat surface. After I use it I use my vibration plate. I feel like my body is firming up. I also have less pain in my back and other parts of my body. My skin looks smoother with less blemishes. It is also very relaxing. I use it in the buff so that the light can touch as much skin as possible. It did not arrive on time but it was worth the wait. I will say I hoped it would be a little wider but through all my research the size is standard. The top and the bottom both have individual remotes which have power and time settings.

I had been reading about and looking into getting some targeted red light therapy items for awhile and then I stumbled across this amazing bed of red lights. Being a very efficient person, I thought, okay this is great, I'll get my whole body at once. Since it has arrived about a month ago, I have rarely skipped my morning routine of laying in it for 30 mins while I listen to guided meditations. I don't know if it's the brain help while having the red-light therapy body help, but I haven't felt this good about myself in years. I feel like my skin looks better, I'm slowing trimming down, and I'm just in a better mood in general.
I've used Red light therapy mats for several years. These mats are the best. With no plastic liner over the lights, the mat is lighter, and more flexible than other mats. Plus it feels so much better without the plastic liner. The number of lights is also a selling point. This mat has the most lights and the correct light . The ability to change the light modes is another reason these mats are the best. I originally used this red light therapy mat for arthritis and back pain. I now also use it for cosmetic reasons - I have fewer wrinkles and no alligator skin. I am 71 and look and feel 50. I look forward to my daily red light mat session
One thing I do appreciate is the emailing of customer service how fast they responded to my questions about cleaning it appropriately. I use it 30 minutes a day, you do perspire in it if you stay in it for awhile so make sure to clean it with a simple light spray like simple green and air it dry for the next use, you don't want to use the wrong cleaning liquid to damage it so be careful. Otherwise, I love the item and the emailing of customer service level of communication and responsiveness!

Pros Gives the feeling of a light weighted blanket with warmth that makes me feel calm Infrared/red therapy ABSOLUTELY does help with my pain The warmth from the lights are the infrared part that we cannot see but it gets warm (30 mins on max level is about all I can do, without using a fan). It is an internal warmth that I notice that does Not go away as quickly, as it would if you were just hot from exercise, which tells me this is going to a deeper level. Cons Sometimes the connectors come loose if you don't have them in there tight. Not a big deal to fix but I turn it on now BEFORE I get in so I don't have to get up. Pain I do have a leg injury that another small red light has nearly healed (when nothing else worked). This red light mat will do the same (in fact this one goes a little deeper). My leg is the only pain I can speak of but it was so bad that it would make it hard to sleep and sore after long walks. INFRARED AND RED LIGHT THERAPY WORKS! The reason I bought this red light mat, despite having a smaller red light that works, is because it is more efficient for me to treat my whole body in a session than to move a small one around. It is also because I thought it might help my anxiety and it really has. I tested this on the floor, chair and bed....bed worked best for me. I feel strong enough about this that I wanted to help someone else who might be on the fence like I was, to give it a try. It will be one of the best gifts you can give to yourself and might even help your friends/family.

As a Baby Boomer who lived for the sun, my skin is so weathered, especially my legs, it's embarrassing! I currently use red light therapy on my face , yet when I saw this entire body unit, I ordered one without hesitation, hoping to help my overall damaged skin. The quality of the two mats and controls are excellent. Very easy to use. I have stopped using my other red light machine. After posing an online question regarding using the head extension over her face, one of the users said that she does that every day and loves it. That is exactly how I use it. I laid this on a massage table with a pillow underneath my legs, and also one of my head. It's very comfortable. AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE USING THIS OVER MY FACE TWICE A DAY FOR 20 MINUTES HAS MADE! I found that I only need P1 For 20 to 30 minutes. I initially used P5 because I have back pain and joint pain from a car accident, but P5 dried out my skin. Even P2 tends to be more drying for me. So I??m happy to use P1 for 20 to 30 minutes once to twice a day and my skin is so soft and so moisturized. I am truly amazed!!!! My daughter commented this weekend twice how good my skin looks. I am genuinely thankful.
I got into the mat 3 times for an hour each time on the first day which was yesterday . I couldn't get enough. This morning I have done one hour session & can't wait for the next. This is so soothing & relaxing. I am ADHD & a little hyper active. For me to be still this long is a miracle. I have ran it on the highest level each time. 2 things to mention: 1- I put a small fan just inside the bottom so that air blows up my body. 2- It would be nice if there was a section on the front like the back so that it could expose the face & neck to the lights. I will keep this & highly recommend it to others.

I am a massage therapist and my shoulder, forearms and wrist are starting to hurt from 22years of work. And my knees are swollen from standing for hours doing massages. And this one is great because the red light therapy mat has an extra part for the head so it helps knowing that is getting it's own bit of therapy too. I have had years of tightening muscles and aching joints so the fix is not immediately noticeable.. but, I do notice that with the light getting me better sleep my recovery time in feeling sore after working is reduced. I will update after I have used this for a month but for now. Everything about this product has been amazing so far. The red light therapy is also supposed to be very good for cellulite reduction and skin toning.
