I came to learn about redlight therapy from my pain physician, who prescrided it for my nerve dystrophy. Then, I researched it in depth and found that LumyHealth had the product that suited me best. I love the LumyHealth Multi-Spectrum Red Light Therapy Pad!! I have osteoarthritis and this red light pad helps. It has 5 wavelengths and each has a different purpose which is explained in the booklet that comes with the light therapy pad. I can wrap it around my knee and plan on using it when I have knee replacement surgery to help heal quicker.
This heat pad is great for muscle soreness and to rejuvenate my cells to address my skin imperfections. I tend to use it on days I feel sore or aches in my body. The only downside is the fact that it has to stay plugged in while using it, however I do understand the concept of relaxing in place while using the device so its not a deal breaker for me. Overall its great product!
