My trigger finger is slowly improving in mobility, and the red light therapy glove has helped reduce pain.
Honestly some instructions on how the different settings are would have been nice. For instance the first setting is P1 through P5. Is P1 the most powerful or is P5? The second setting I’m assuming is the brightness of the light, although the middle setting on that one is like a strobe light and I don’t know the benefit of that or which other setting is better. I do understand the timer but that’s the only one I’m sure of. It seems to be helping but after the 4th week one of my hands started burning again after going to bed. Kind of seems like I’m regressing at this point. I know it says it could be 4-8 weeks to see a noticeable improvement so I’ll give it another month and see if it’s really working or not.

It's only been a few weeks, so I can't say whether the red lights are helping my mom's hands yet. She is using it as directed and hopes to see improvements in her fingers/hands in the coming months. However, the ease of use with very arthritic hands is good, thanks to the large buttons on the front of the controls for the glove; the power button is slightly challenging just due to its size and placement for my mom's hands.

I am so glad I bought this. My thumbs have been getting arthritis in them and it feels like they are broken and it hurts really bad to do alot of things. I decided to order this and see if it helped. It really has helped! It makes my hands feel so much better and I will continue to use the glove.
After 3 weeks of use it appears that the inflammation has reduced somewhat. It's too early to gauge the overall efficacy of the glove, which I believe I should be able to do after 8 weeks of use. For future versions of the glove, it would be great if you could include an audible sound ("beep") when the glove turns itself OFF. It would also be useful if the instructions manual included more instructions/guidelines for use: I had to do my own research to determine how to use the glove in terms of appropriate settings for my condition.
Works well on my arthritic fingers
I did a lot of research before ordering this particular infrared hand mitten. I am using it to help manage information. It has been very helpful. I use it for about 30 minutes a day on each hand and I put it on level P5. I have noted that the battery needs to be charged about every other day or so. No big deal. I like using this mitt and find it beneficial.
Well, its been a few weeks and only missed 2 days but im looking forward to how my hand will feel in 8 weeks.... I can feel a difference so far....just ordered the elbow wrap the other day....BACK IN THE GYM!!

However, the instructions are very brief without any elaboration about what settings to use for specific conditions or when or why to use each of the levels P1 through P5.Same for M1 or M2. It leaves the user to try the settings without knowing what they do.
