This brace is amazing. Very comfortable to wear, built with great materials to last, and I sear my shoulder is getting better with each useage. Was fearing surgury but now I have regained motion, so much less pain, and am positive this is actually fixing the problem. I wish I bought it sooner but glad I finally did. Highly recommend for anyone with any shoulder injuries.
It works very good in helping my shoulder operate with less and less main. Over time the pain will be gone for good,
The units does not fit snuggly enough to get the full effects of the heating. Regardless of how tight I pull it, it buckles on the shoulder leaving a gap in the heating surface and my shoulder. The controls are placed such that they are not in a user friendly location. Once the unit is properly attached to the shoulder, It is almost impossible to see the settings unless you twist the controller around so that it is visible.
The shoulder wrap fit very poorly and no amount of tightening and adjusting helped. As a result, many of those therapeutic lights didn't even make contact with my shoulder to provide whatever relief they were supposed to. And I certainly didn't appreciate taking a 20% hit on the refund for the return shipping. You should at least provide a return shipping label if your products don't work out for a customer. It shouldn't be a surprise to you that I won't be trying any more of your products.

I believe that it really works. My left arm which which was eX-RAYED showed bone on bone and severe rhuemathoid arthritis. My pain was 24 hrs. straight . I have been using this device twice a day, everyday. I know it has made A big dfference because I can actually do more with my arns, I have no pain during the day ,only at night. Thank you 😊

Have used only 3 times. !st time, I really didn't know what I was doing. I set it too high and my shoulder was sore. Reread the directions and followed it step by step. Much better. Have to use it a few more times for an hoest opinion. But so far(minus the 1st try) it's going great.
Fits pretty good for a one size fits most. Battery doesn’t last long if using lights and heat. Basically charge after each day of use so no big deal. Good value for cost!

The red light and heat are nice. The vibration is not consistent so that isnt used. It starts and stops which is distracting. There is only one use per charge. Good concept, but needs some adjustments.

It really works. My shoulder pain is gone after each use.
I used it for 3 days 15-20 min a day before it needed charging. I then spent several days trying to get it backlit to fully charged. It doesn’t charge well using a USB to AC plug. I finally found a USB port on one of my surge protectors that enabled it to fully charge. I think the combo of light, heat and massage/vibration with my PT is helping at last.

I am suffering with severe lower back pain and leg pain. I use the red light therapy belt every other day; sometimes daily. What a relief it gives me. I have physical therapy weekly and the belt is part of the exercises the therapist has prescribed. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.
